Car seat is not moving. anyone can help?

My bro like to sleep when driving and now the seat is stuck in that position so i cant drive anyone has great ideas how i can move it in front?

if the seat is not moving in any position at all then its an electrical problem

You can't do anything except get it looked at by an electrical shop. It is not the type of project that you should tackle as an amateur. Wiring and electronics is very trick, especially for cars. It's all tightly pieced together.
