Cruise controle problem

Dear alls

i have a gulf specification HONDA CIVIC 2004 model, Vti, when im applying cruise controle, the speed is not maintaiing on same level its increasing and decreasing the speed, please help me whats wrong with the crusise controle.

Put some wd40 in cruise control cable cover in engine bay. It might be little rough or not holding at constant speed properly.
