no change in car even after fuel pump changed.

It needs a tune up and adjusting of the idling rpm, mechanic might have cheated you or not educated enough to diagnose it properly before putting new parts.

These mechanical glitches are easier to catch, than electrical (where many experienced mechanic fails too).
