i found some sediments when i checked engine oil. what am i suppose to do?

I never heard such thing, as a first rule you should change engine oil and filter asap and see if it happen again, then see a mechanic and ask him to diagnose and advise why its happening.

Do you drive the car very rough?

Is the oil really old?

If so, CHANGE IT NOW.
