AC and heater not working.

Ac of my HRV not cooling nor the heater is working. where do i start.

try getting the AC gas top up to see if that is the cause the gas maybe leaking. button and fuse check is a good idea too. All the best.

I would have recommended for you to check the refrigerant but it does have health and environmental concerns. An AC is just like a refrigerator but with a different layout. It is possible that the refrigerant has been damaged.
