why are my new brakes spongy

when i got the brakes changed the first time i felt the brakes are too spongy what went wrong when i asked the mechanic and he says there is not problem

you ask the guy who installed the brakes that did he bleed them before installing ?

weather what should be done that only if and when you get the brakes checked you will know. Maybe the brakes need to be changed.
