How safe is to drive for 30 min without 1 bolt in the wheel?

If i drive my car without one of the four stud

that was missing when i got the tire changed will it be safe to drive like for 30 min without it?

one missing nut does not make any difference and I think the Jeep has 5 nuts not 4. I drove an XJ for more than a year with one missing nut. It doesnt matters. But make sure its not more than one nut
