How to get rid of the noise?

I have a friend who has a Liberty and is constantly complaining that he hears this noise whenever he hits somewhere around 40 to 50. Does any one have any suggestions?

lololol. I was asking him where it was coming from but he says he doesn't know. Maybe he's deaf or something. I will check it myself later where the sound is coming from.

Yes that seems to be odd. We can't tell you what the noise might be if we don't know where it's coming from! Haha
