Upgrading ECU

I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.6 ltr V6

Where can I upgrade my ECU without messing with the electronics. I need a good garage with experienced people that has done this kind of work before.

Do you know upgrading the ECU will void ur warranty for sure. No matter how much chip flashing guys say no, better check with dealer before doing it.

I do expect the warrenty to go, if I get a good work done I don't think I should worry...Unless, someone has had a bad experience!!??
