i have a locked steering which dose not want to get unlocked what do i do

the only thing i can think of is get a recovery and take it to the dealer.....

pppllleeesssseee help!!!!

Remove battery and refix battery and start the car. If lock programming got hanged it will release, if it doesn't then lock itself gone bad or it need to be opened thru ECU thru OBD II connector.
