Can anyone tell me how to fix low oil pressure in a car?

If you are facing low oil level, then you need to add the oil to the required level. In addition, don't forget to maintain the same oil viscosity of the engine oil.

To check the bad oil pump, you can use the oil pressure gauge to check the oil pressure. Connect the gauge directly to the engine and note the pressure reading, if the reading is normal, then there is no problem with the oil pump. In that case, the problem is with the sending unit. One needs to change that.
