is this a torsional damper and suspention issue

i and the owner of Q45 and the problem with it is my two front wheels lean inward on the top and there is noticeable vibration in the engine. what dose all this indicate

Get your wheel alignment checked and then Axel aligment check it may be that your axle is bent and thats why car is vibrating and wheel is leaning inwards.
