cant opent he car from out

i am unable to open the passenger door manually from out only opening from inside works and the automatic lock unlock works

Outside door handle latch must have gone, get to any denter and he can open the door handle and show you small long nail type part that you need to replace it. I have done same in my X5 few years back cant rem the name of that small metal pin or strip slighlty smaler than house key.
