THE AC BLOWER SWITCHES ON AND OFF THAT IS SOMETIMES THE BLOWER DOSE NOT START AT ALL AND SOMETIMES ON A VERY LOW SPEED

HOW DO I FIX IT

Sounds like an upset and angry blower need a change.

before changing check all the fuses and relay for blower.
