The timing belt on most cars should be done at 60,000 miles / 100,000KM unless it has a timing chain then never.

try either AAA workshop or A to B workshop, both are good with Landrover and would do it correctly and quicker than a normal back street workshop that likely to mess it up. check for details of both workshop in google.
