What is causing the rubbing noise when cruising

My landrover discovery 2003 generation II is making rubbing noise while im cruising on constant high speed.

Checked around the tire and tire cover area and couldnt find find anythinbg loose / broken that could be the culprit.

Is it engine related? or gear related? or something else?

Check for drive shaft, see if it need some greasing. In II gen disco dry drive shaft make wobble at 50kmph, slight humming or vibration on high speed.

Go under the car and also see if there is unusual play in drive joints?

you cant grease the drive shafts on a Disco 2

Also check under the car for some shield or rubber rubbing against the movable part (like drive shaft) that is producing this rubbing noise.
