How can i fix the car lighter that is not working

One my Car Lighter is not working. I am in a dilemma how to fix it.

getting the unit change is expensive.

there is a fuse in the back on the car that is used as a power outlet and its not work you have contact for a good workshop who wont take weeks to fix this small thing?
