check engine but wattttt

i have a 2004 Lexus ES 300 and it keeps popping a code of P0420 and the check engine light is on for like ever. i have almost replaced all the things and still the check engine light is on

please help

Spend fraction of cost in proper COMPUTER FKING Diagnose instead of spending on guess work.

Check your exhaust sensors. Mostly the Es have that problems.
