tier punctured

i stay in ajman where the roads are not made yet so a nail has punctured my tyer

now the thing is it is not letting out any air as i have checked the air pressure and this was like 3 days back

do i still change the tyer or keep the needle in and drive till i can

Remove the needle and get puncture fix with tyre shop in 10 aed, dont drive with needle it may tear the tyre.

After puncture is fixed you can drive normal, no need to change the tyre if there is no loss of air after few days.
