Only one wiper is working.

when i start the wipers only one is working the other is dead. will i have to change the wiper or is it something else that needs changing. can i get the answer soon so that i will fix it by this week.

If one of the wiper is not working and the other is not then it cant be fuse issue it can only be that the motor of the wiper may not be working
