i hear alot of noise from the engine when i press the car pedal on 3/4th

is something wrong with my exhaust

Your car radiator fan is sync with rpm, more gas means more faster and at nutrl when u give more gas then u notice radiator fan noise very loud as car isnt moving. Dont worry everything is normal, if there is no noticeable prblem.
