rough idling and hesitation in starting the car

i am facing rough idling and hesitation in starting the car

could this be a self issue??

Looks like 90% its a spark plug issue, do you remember when last you have changed.

Better get it check and change to OEM plugs.

after the engine coil was changed again the hesitation has started now its not spark plug nor is it the engine coil what can it be?

Its a similar situation when spark plugs dont work.
