speedometer needle

hey i have a serious but not a big problem that is the needle on the speedometer feel off and is sitting inside the clear plastic.

how do i get it out

You gotto search a guy in Al quoz or shj who can open the instrument cluster and fix it back. I doubt arabian automobile will do that type of repair job. They might suggest you to go for new instrument cluster (3K atleast). good luck.
