why is there noise from inside the car in high speed?

i am having problems with some noise at high speed. the noise is of coming from right rear side. what is this noise and why is this noise coming. its not there when i am on low speed.

the rubber lining around the door gets loosened with time and air passes through which makes this sound. this is a personal experience that is why this answer is so affirmative.

If the Duct of the AC is left open there maybe a passage to let the Air in and can make a wheezing noise.

even when the windows are not rolled up properly you can hear some noise.

the accelerator can make noise too.
