Engine light is on

My 2005 Cadillac Escalade engine light is on most of the time and my in dash display tells "tighten gas cap" I already replaced the cap twice from dealer and it still tells me "tighten gas cap".

You need to change sensor at gas fill up tube, as it looks that sensor is faulty and sending false reading to computer.

If still problem occure better show to dealer and get proper diagnostic than blowing money in guesses.
