seats need jerking to lock

the seats of my car have to be jerked to lock them

can i change the seats and get the ones that dont need jerking

i want to know who can do this job

it is very annoying help please

Thats a safety feature of volswagen.

Find some other company car seat in shj scrap that can fit in your seat rail. Quite sweaty job to search though.
