scratching noise from under the car

there is a scratching noise coming form under the car

what is this noise and there is not leaks

There must be some heat shield or other part must be scracthing on drive shaft or boot. Lift the vehicle on scissor jack and see what troubling the car down and then fix it or trim it if needed.
