How can i fix the car lighter that is not working

there is a fuse in the back on the car that is used as a power outlet and its not work you have contact for a good workshop who wont take weeks to fix this small thing? -
automatic or manual i dont think its making any difference the only thing here i feel that we should see is to drive safely.

if you get the airbag warning on the dashboard that means that the air bag is faulty. -
My z3 is an agency maintained second hand car that i got at a good price but now i dont want to maintain it with them as maintain it myself so to change the engine oil i dont know which oil they used. can i change the engine oil and which oil is best for BMW car
