Well this is a rare one and in fact the first time somebody has the same problem that i did. The interior light switch is part of the latch assembly. This more than likely and it is separate from a Keyless entry issue. it could be either the fuse/relay problem OR it could be that the bulb has fused. mine was the fuse thing. all the best.

reach down behind the headlight assembly which is under the hood. Unplug the electrical connector running to the fog light ballast by squeezing the release tab on the top of the plug and pulling the connector off the ballast.Turn the bulb counterclockwise and pull the bulb out of the housing. just like u pull out any other bulb. Insert a new bulb and Align the tabs on the bulb with the notches on the housing. to lock it into the housing turn the bulb clockwise and then reconnect the electrical plug to the back of the fog light ballast
