    Rubber corner of all cars do get worn out with time and seems like it could be a similar case with your car too. this will let a small amount of air in the car which will cause the humming noise. i suggest get this rubber border changed.

    it seems relay is faulted. get the relay checking .

    if you dont know the shocks of your car are original or not then you dont have to know. when there is some problem ask the mechanic to look at them and he will tell you.

    Your fuel door is just a mechanical spring release. I think you're going to have to just replace it. You can buy the fuel door and get it changed with any mechanic. No big rocket science there.

    Sounds like wiper relay is freaking and its time to change that. Its easy and cheap fix.
