The car started vibrating a little after 120 KMPH.

Get the wheel balancing done as these high speed vibration usually appear due to unbalance tires. If it still persist get the wheel alignment too. -
Y at times it takes 3 to 5 attempts to start the car?

These strange issue is usually occur due to faulty Crank Position Sensor also known as CKPS, change that and see if it helps. Good luck. -
Why the gauge shows half when its full?

Seems petrol gauge sensor is freaking, if not the gauge at dashboard is faulty. -
My escalade developed very small missing on idle after every 3-4 sec after a long drive of 600km, what could be possible gone wrong here? I didnt put any other fuel than Dubai fuel and car has been regularly serviced with good engine oil and oem oil filter. Regards Simon
