Holes can be welded, but it might come back again as the exhaust metal is getting weaker, if its older car better change the exhaust. If its new car (less than 5 years) then get it welded, it might have got hole due to some stone hit there.

the cruze that i just bought does not come with key less start as per some countries, so its the usual key crank. can i change it to a keyless option?
