Hi all, I have the same issue. My 2012 Edge went for service last week and software got upgraded. Before the service I asked if RDS issue would be fixed and they replied "Its a known issue, RDS in MFT doesn't work in the Middle East". @salah, you gave very specific instructions, is yours working? Cheers!
