How do i change the Evaporator of 2001 CRV?

Just the glove box frame with knee bolster needs to come out and make sure that the system is properly discharged. -
My 2000 Honda Odyssey's Cruise Control works after I start the car up and will only disengage after some time. the second problems is that it will not re-engage until after I have re-started the car. which is very frustrating. please help
