    i have a verrry old civic like 1998 and the glass of the head lights have gone foggy or frosted i think coz the car cleaners just clean the car with little water now i have tried to lean it with soap water but no luck how can i make the glass from translucent to transparent. this maybe a small issue but it will really brighten up the headlights so please advice
