coolant replacement and valve adjustment every 50k kms? isnt that way too early? where did you get this info from?

anyone know a place where i can reduce the vol of the warning beep that comes when you go over 120? i do not want to cut wires and remove it as the seat belt chime, key in ignition beeps etc could be all connected to the same speaker. if anyone knows the speaker location i could just put some tape over it to reduce the sound. also need a good garage who can do the routine service on my car, not just oil changes but also check/inspect other items like the dealership does.
