i am well aware that with age the car performance starts detoriating also the expense of maintenance increases what i would want to know is how wise is it to go for a used car here i have my friend who has a friend selling a 2004 Honda Civic price is reasonable needs its registration done end of aug and he says the air filter needs changing other then regular maintenance. how will i know if i am not made fool?
