  1. Plenty in shj and rashidiya. Dont empahsis much on police paper by yourself, just argue on pricing and let them start the work. When u cant convince people confuse them. easy.
  2. If ts minor forget abt it, as Jeep always make so much noise some time due to wind u hear it more and sometimes u dont. See for few days if its still there all the time at 80 only. Vibration could be coz of many things in between engine seating (foundation) to just tire wrong pressure or tire weight balance fallen off offroad so get it balance again.

  4. i have a dented rear bumper which is not covered by my insurance as i have broken it in the desert . it is just a dent that needs to be redone. any garage that i can go to will help me w/o the police report. thanks
  5. Buy the original filter (Mopac) and get to any eppco / emarat and they will change the oil filter and oil. Will only charge you for oil. Its faster and cheaper way to oil change. In DIY you might (or for sure) damage your parking and security will shout. lol.
  6. my next service is up and the dealer said that the oil filter and oil change is required. i was wondering if i can do it my self ? any idea how?
  7. Looks like stability control is freaking. Better get proper and educated diagnose and save thousands in guessing and fixing parts. All you know it cud be simple one sensor for 100 aed to be changed. Get to Jeep specialist like robbies motorsport and let them check it for you.
  8. my jeep 2002 patriot has a list of issues the first is that the crv transmissions esp light has gone off second its that the Malfunction indicator light on and there is a loss if power when going on incline after 10 kph please help
  9. Bolt up the hood atleast two inches from behind (towards the wind screen side) for better air circulation, seen many cherokee like that esp old models.
  10. close ur outside vent, it may be coz of that. if not dont bother there are things slight noises and pinking u hear desert from ur car as its QUIET place. But if no problem then dont bother.

  13. This gear stucking is quiet common in wrangler, never heard in Grand Cherokee. You have to seek professional help for sure. Its not DIY stuff. Car needs to be lifted, gear needs to open and then see if its repairable and how much damage is done. All it could be gear lever have small rubber boot, it may be damage and now stuck coz of sand went in that lever boot. So you got to change that. For that also you need professional help.

  16. i go for night drives to the desert taking my commander 1999 as it is winters and my wife loves these drives. recently i have noticed a very low hissing noise coming from the AC duct (which we don't switch on) apart from the noise my ac is fine even in the afternoon. should i be worried coz this only happens in the desert

  18. Sand wont get in gear box even if you roll many times. Its the gear oil that is ageing. Change the gear oil and it will be fine inshallah.
  19. hey. my car had recently toppled on the desert but nothing happed to me or the car except sand everywhere now i thing there is some gone in the gear box as when i change the gear it has a grinding noise can anybody advice me on how to get it off as the car wash guys cudnt remove it thanks

  21. get your tyre balancing done again, as in desert driving many times tyre weight falls down or if you had pop out then open that tyre again and remove 2 kg sand from inside which is causing this wobbling due to imbalance.
  22. hey guys i would like to thank u in advance for reading my post issue today i had taken my car in the desert for a drive and as a rule of thumb i had 13 psi which i always keep it. but today when i exited and inflated my tiers the wheels started to wobbles like crazy, as i never had this problem earlier it is a major concern. i was driving at 60kmph and it was a horrible experience can anybody tell me whats wrong wid my tiers as they are only 2 years old michelen thanks
  23. You additional lights not high been lights. you can get it done from ICON auto or Robbies motorsports. go for Hella or IPF brand as they make best lights if you can afford.
  24. Consult to Trading enterprise as Turbo clattering could be from turbo motor itself and it cud be cured in lesser damage in time. Dont drive much.
  25. hi i have a jeep patriot 2008 model and i want to add additional beems on them as i want to go for night drives in the desert. can anybody advice me the best guys into this. thanks
