  1. Very good choice on year. Same i was about to suggest bro, prior 2001 is good model and excellent off roader with very light unibody chasis and very Powerful for dunes. Always prefer deal from individual private sellers than used car dealers as you can get transparent deal and not polished one to hide any faults or with reversed kms. Good luck for your search.
  2. Looks like the the pressure relief valve is faulty which needs to be replaced.
  3. Go to Abu Dhabi Muzafaah industrial Area, you will find the workshops, dealers and spare parts shops where you can find the fuel tank.
  4. What i think, it could be becuase if you shut off car when it hot or very hot especially after climb it wont start at same time as it wait to cool down a bit. Its not about new or old car, we should never shut off car when its hot after stress full climb or offroad session. Wait for 5 - 10 minutes and let it come to its normal operating temperature and switch off.
  5. Where can i get my fuel tank replaced of my 2005 Jeep commander. i stay in Abu Dhabi. thanks

  9. There are number of jeep mod seller here, like Ramy trading, Robbies, Icon garage and all. Or you can order online from quadratec, they are good too.
  10. You can buy 15 dhs can for rust proofing from any spare part shops in sharjah or Dubai. For whole under body you might need 3 - 4 cans for doing 2 coats. Better to lift the vehicle on garage lift and spray nicely on all chasis and non moving parts like diff outsides and all. Its a smart investment of time and money.
  11. Good suggestion Al baloushi. +1 Mods please add this new category......!

  15. Its sounds really interesting and weird. Weird that it was not starting being uphill. Interesting, that you started after 5 minutes its started as omani guide said. I really doubt it could be anything wrong with your beast, it may be due to constant uphill some fuel supply get below fuel pump level and not have enough fuel to start vehicle again if it switched off. This issue or fact must be quite known to those frequent traveler. Still ask the jeep technician if they know some good reason or answer to this issue.
  16. If i drive my car without one of the four stud that was missing when i got the tire changed will it be safe to drive like for 30 min without it?

  21. This is a transmission fault code. that will be needing a diagnostic test and for that a DRB3 scan tool, or equivalent aftermarket scanner will be required and the transmission simulator tool. When Monitored it was the pressure switch sense circuit and Set Condition set if one of the pressure switches are open or closed at the wrong time in a given gear.
