infinity now is having suspension its not working. why is this happening is this common too?

If concern is having navigation, then you can buy small screen nav for 500 dhs with latest maps from sharaf DG. But if concern is to update the DIN nav system then it will be very difficult, may be try to go one day in abu shagara market in sharjah they have lot of car junkies and hacker type of guys who can do great stuff sometimes for less money. I know dealer repel non gcc specs cars as they didnt money on that car, so no help mate. Good luck keep us posted. Cheers.

When the gear starts slipping (when you give instant gas it only accelrate the RPM but car doesn't move any faster).

If you talking about serpentine belt pulley tensioner then you have to loosen the pulley and remove the belt and then change the tensioner.

It is located in front of the transmission bell housing accessed from under the car. It's held by a 12mm bolt.

Car computer cost a little fortune, source from used parts. It may cost around 2000 dhs. Or try reprogramming the ECU if it helps.

Get the fuel filter checked. If its clogged then it may stop the fuel supply and stall the car and become fine after that. As its not majorly clogged but partially clogged.

Should be around 300 -400 aed, depending on which model you got.

Every 40k servce should include all lubes flushed out and replace with fresh fluids. Including Power Steering Fluid.

Its really very weird, steering adjuster has lot of mechanical art which rarely fails but for adjusting some electronic must be troubling here. I cant help you exactly as i really don't know. But for sure its an electrical or computer problem that must have been recorded in car computer system. So best is get the OBD II scanner and read the trouble code.

Wheel balancing gets first doubt. Second check the steering rack.

Fuel gauge senso is tossed. Try checking on next refill, as in some cases it freaks out and comes normal after few days. Its inside the fuel tank so little difficult to change.

AC filter know as pollen filter need to be change. Cleaning of that filter is not advisable for health reasons.

May be im totally wrong but i want to help you with educated guess, so please forgive me i sound stupid and doing too much assumption. As you say it sound very weird problem and never heard one before having corelation between alternator, clicking, overheating and exhaust noise. May be possible the alternator you got is for lower AMP than required by OEM specs, hence due to which current supply isnt enough and making relays clicking on/off. Because of same the cooling system isnt doing good job esp AC fan thats why after 1 hour car heats up. Exhaust noise, cant guess the reason. Check the alternator AMp first, if its same then get the computer check done which will save lot of money in guess work.

May be concern, see the qualified technician for infiniti and ask him to tie the ABS wiring and socket properly. It may be due to some loose contact somewhere, if still happen same then get computer check done and read the fault code if any recorded.

Try pressing shift lock with key next to gear lever, it shud release the lever from P. Or else disconnect battery and leave for few hrs and connect again and see. Or else get ur immobilizer checked.

hi i have a 2008 G37 infiniti while braking, especially when braking at highway speeds, the steering wheel shakes it was very scary, can anybody tell me the problem with the car. i have called the dealer regarding this and they were very helpful but have asked me to get the car and then they can tell me the exact issue. the thing is that i dnt have time to go there as i am only having 1 car in had and need it all the time so i was hoping if this will help. thanx
