@humsafar My tranny was slipping occasionally, randomly thru out the day. And gear shift started noticeable jerk unlike before. Gear oil change did the magic, as oil was JET BLACK One cartoon mechanic quoted me rebuilding the gear box for 2500 aed, thanx to our infiniti community for saving those big bucks. I think your issue is somewhat different and not on oil based otherwise it should happen thru out the day and not only in mornings. Hope someone more educated and experience member can help you like Massaget suggested something about sensor. Worth a try a proper diagnostic if some fault is recorded, it will help in tracing the trouble maker part.

Sorry its 2003 late model Qx4. Typo coz i am considering desperately 2007 Qx56 which i will be buying soon in this year end. Any one knows any downside of 2007 Qx56, other than its American build quality......lol.
