Check its Tyre pressure regularly and if its not loosing then there is no problem using the repaired Tyre at all.

Usually its better of changing all four at one go, to save the time and hassle of doing it again and again. This implies when car and shocks are old and one shocks failure signify that other shock will be failing soon. Its better to change al four. However, if your car or shocks are relatively new (within 5 years) then change the one that is busted.

Its known as Hood Louvers. Make sure that you dont get too wide open so that rain water can get in plenty. Minor amount is fine. You can get that done in any half way decent denter, painter and fabrication shop in al quoz, rashidiya or in shj (slighlty cheaper)
