  3. Sorry to hear about duo tragedy with @Yasas Dharmadasa and @Athula Dharmadada, hope they get their cars back soon. Such repetitive incidents really emphasize on changing the mechanic or the cars or testing the cars limit at IM level. Leaving the cars behind inside the desert is a big inconvenience and expensive plus tedious affair to arrange a mechanic with parts to do on-site repairing. Or hire an expensive desert recoveries to retrieve the dead vehicle from the dunes. 20 Feb - Srikumar - Intermediate 13 Feb - Angela - Fewbie Plus 06 Feb - Lorenzo - Fewbie 15 Jan - Ale - Fewbie 25 Dec - Sertac - Fewbie Plus While off-road drives any smallest imperfection, negligence or flaw in the timely maintenance really multiple the damages, and not worth taking any chances with such unforgiving terrain. Wishing both the brothers real good luck in finding a decent mechanic or replacement desert-worthy ride soon.

  20. Yes @Antony Calvin I have added you to this drive. Please confirm Yes you can, just make sure that you and your passenger please follow RTA / NCEMA guideline all the time.
  21. Yes my camera and lens (Nikon 28-300 VR) has image stabilizer.
  22. Appreciate if someone here can recommend a good quality tripod please: Brand with model number. Mid-range and should be suitable for night photography. Camera: Nikon D750
  23. Stay away from S-class like a PLAGUE. They are superb for royal people but when they are 5+ year old, they drops the price like a melting ice as each component is priced for half a million dirham car and many used S-class are sold for dirt cheap as the owner cant afford to buy parts more than the cost of the car. Close friend of my bought S600 for dirt cheap and after 3 months sold for even cheaper price as some maintenance issue arise which was costing him to spend half of the car cost.
