MY04 V6 model has slow radiator leak on RHS at the core/tank junction from 150,000 km (now 210k), which I have closely monitored. I have been offered a used item from MY05 but as these are aluminium, what are the risks?

Thanks nutbolt The expansion tank level switch was introduced with 2005 models with a retro-fit add-on kit available in UK, as shown in my Haynes manual, for the 1.8K4. Unfortunately these do not come with instructions; the additional switch-pot PDA 500360 reflects the tank level, but the wiring YMQ 501270 should be included with later 25K4 V6 engine 2005 diagrams, which I am searching for.

Having suffered coolant loss on my 2004 FL, I now have the LR retro-fit for the FL header tank. Does anyone have the 2005++ FL wiring diagram including this?
