LOL
Thanks for making me feel better guys ...
i just dont want to get burdened by a CD player changing expense. Fingers crossed. its radio for now till i have this sorted out.
Dont think i want to touch the wirings or unscrew it out of the panel.
thanks for the suggestion, as of now i have not touched my player ever. First time incident to be honest. if the process of diagnosing the problem is simple enough i guess i dont mind.
Salaam,
The CD player on my LR FL2 2011 has conked out. Tried multiple CDs since initially i thought my CD were getting old. Then I thought it was the lens in the CD player so got a lens cleaner and tried cleaning it up as well. I am due to take it Al Tayer in a couple of weeks but really want to get down to this problem since the music keeps my eyes open in the mornings when i am going to work! A lot of other working class people would agree with me. Hate listening to the radio so i really want my CD player fixed! Looking forward to some helpful tips on fixing it.
thanks ... the website really helped me in finding the names of a couple things in fact. Great help! I just wish buying the part off the internet was just as easy as well ... sigh .... never tried it. What do you think ?
Hi guys, i am looking for a part number but can search for it online because i dont know what it is in itself ... are there any ways of finding the part number if you are unaware of the part itself? Thanks
thank you all ... im thinking ill take the plunge once but buy the michelin ones .. i had a talk to a good pro as well and he was mentioning other names which supposedly are long lasting but i guess i should take the note of genuine users .. pros can be biased
Salam everyone,
A couple of months ago I really used my car roughly and took it around in deserts and did some off-roading with it as well ... my tires look all worn out now and i was thinking of getting new ones ... any advice on what i should keep in mind when buying the new tires since i often tend to use my LR4 in off-roading schemes and stuff... I don't want to be getting all worn out tires again very soon.
Hi Bohra,
No one can doubt the off-road capability of a Defender. And they last foreverrrrrr. Having said that, they are not very comfortable. Not to mention the fact that its feels a little cramped. Discovery offers a lot more room and comfort.
