Where is the AC relay Located in 2000 LS 400?

the motor that is the blower motor that has the relay mounted on it. Regards -
dose myLX 470 2002 (American Spec) have a pulley if it dose, dose it go bad or loose and dose that harm the ingine this is what i have been told by the repair guys please advice if this is really the case thanks
