How should i seal the Manifold Exhaust in Lexus ES300

No seal is used and the three layers will compress to fill any gaps that are there. usually in most of the engines they don't use gaskets all together between the manifold and the engine. -
which is the best AC Gas for my car, the AC guys just give me prices like 75. 100.120 and so on when on asking what company it is they say its local???? any advice on this
