My car is squeaking and dose not go after applying grease.

After almost a year and a half of changing the brakes i am getting into same situation of slight squeaking. how should i deal with this for once and for all. -
When on stopping my car squeaks big time. i tried greasing the braking but still the squeaking dosent go. What should i do now
