If you read the manual you will know exactly when is the steering fluid changed but in my experience 40k kms is a good time to get it changed.

instead of getting your car tinted you can even go for removable shades that is much safer and remove it whenever you want sometime when the car is tinted its difficult to drive in the night and i have heard that it causes accidents too.
