Many maybe countless times I have called or talked or brought in technicians to brainstorm the problems I have encountered which have stomped me some even made me think what have got myself into .
if asking for help is being stupid then my friend you really have to reassess the values on which you make those assumptions
Where do you get those are you talking about Haynes then forget it they are as generic as my technical school books they miss many aspects which are only covered in factory service manuals
Usually it does not have to be years or kms as far as I can see there is always one time or other for some reason the cooling system has to be opened some times for Access to some other part or to clear a seeping pipe so mostly your coolent is being mixed with new coolent from time to time...as a general rule don't fix something that is not broken....
Getting a car is like getting married..if you investigate nicely and look around clearly then you might end up with a nice beautiful and respectable one. if done hastly then you might end up with a whore....😂 For some it takes much longer to find the suitable one...

The ones who get smeared on bonnet and front glass can be cleaned but also always take a look in through the grill coz the ones which get on the condenser can have the tendency to block air circulation...
Definitely not my cup of tea but surely I could pull some strings and get it done...there is a old Baloch guy who does only carburetor rebuild and tuning I had my Tercel and few other cars through him...
You can have much older tires and still it won't matter...it all depends on it's condition if the tires are perfectly even and the rim is balanced then it shouldn't make vibration unless something else is involved such as suspension , steering components or drivetarin components they all can contribute vibrations and sounds
